There are a total of three important high cuisines in the world. This is first the French, then the Chinese and finally the Turkish. And we went to a Turkish restaurant for my wife’s birthday.
First of all, the quality of the food was excellent. We would eat there again at any time.
My darling had Mantar Dolma, mushrooms stuffed with soft cheese in a tomato cream sauce, thickly baked with Peynir, the Turkish cheese, similar to young Gouda. Served with Turkish rice and salad.
For me, Adana Iskender, minced meat skewers on pieces of flatbread with tomato yogurt sauce, also Turkish rice and salad.
By the way, Turkish rice is a specialty. Orzo noodles are fried almost black and then cooked together with the rice. It is also available as Arabic or Egyptian rice, but with vermicelli.
Conclusion: Worth a visit again at any time.

Parking spaces are right behind the house if you come from Marbach, and logically left in front of the house if you come from Ludwigsburg.
Es gibt auf der Welt insgesamt drei bedeutende Hochküchen. Das ist einmal die französische, dann die chinesische und zuletzt die türkische. Und in einem türkischen Restaurant waren wir anlässlich des Geburtstags meiner Frau.
Zunächst einmal die Qualität der Speisen war vorzüglich. Dort würden wir jederzeit wieder essen gehen.
Mein Schatz hatte Mantar Dolma, mit Weichkäse gefüllte Champignons in einer Tomaten Sahne Sauce, dick überbacken mit Peynir, dem türkischen Käse, ähnlich wie junger Gouda. Dazu türkischer Reis und Salat.
Für mich Adana Iskender, Hackfleischspieße auf Fladenbrotstücken mit Tomaten Joghurt Sauce, dazu ebenfalls türkischer Reis und Salat.
Der türkische Reis ist übrigens eine Besonderheit. Dazu werden Kritharaki/Arpa Seriye/Risoni Nudeln fast schwarz angebraten und dann mit dem Reis zusammen fertig gegart. Den gibts auch als arabischen oder ägyptischen Reis, allerdings mit Fadennudeln.
Fazit: Jederzeit wieder einen Besuch wert.
